The Stanford Shakespeare Company brings the tale of Prince Pericles to life, exploring the power of relationships across time and distance. The play follows Pericles and his family as they journey across the Mediterranean, finding love and facing tragedy, with the power of the family's bonds overcoming all. Experience a thrilling dell-arte-inspired aesthetic that transports the audience into another world while telling an intimate story that holds meaning for us all.
The house will open at 7:30, and seating is open. The show runs 2 hours, with a 15 minute intermission.
The show features brief moments of mild violence.
The performance is outdoors with provided blankets, and the venue is ADA accessible. Parking is available in the Stanford visitor parking around Palm Drive and The Oval. Please meet at the south end of the oval, where signage and ushers will direct you to the performance space.
